"I have used M-Power Me services for over two years now, supporting pupils in Moray who are struggling for a variety of reasons in mainstream schools. Hein works with both primary and secondary pupils and engages with them using many approaches – personal interest projects; sports; chess; life skills, including cooking, work skills, etc. Hein has a calm positive and respectful manner around pupils at all times. He manages anxieties and unsettled situations and will follow up after these with appropriate challenge and discussion. Hein has supported individuals and gone into classrooms to teach their peers chess using the individuals as helpers thus presenting them positively in front of their class.

I cannot praise the work and results that Hein has achieved with pupils, instilling a sense of responsibility, self-esteem and developing a reflexive consideration towards their choices and ultimately the consequences of these. M-Power Me has been a valued investment for our pupils."
